We blend evidence-based trauma therapy methods such as EMDR trauma therapy, somatic regulation, and mindfulness-based approaches, all under the care of licensed trauma specialists who understand how to process trauma without re-traumatization safely.
You’ll meet daily (or multiple times a week, depending on your program) in a safe, calm environment that feels more like a retreat than a clinic. Many clients describe this as the first time they’ve felt seen in years.
